9 1958 Founded as Yamagata Factory of Nakagawa Seizo Co., Ltd.
10 1961 Nakagawa Seiki Seizo Co., Ltd. (predecessor of Micron Machinery Co., Ltd.) was established in down town Yamagata.
8 1964 Tokyo branch office was completed at Meguro-ku Tokyo. Opened Tokyo sales office in Meguro-ku, Tokyo.
3 1968 Nagoya branch office was completed at Naka-ku Nagoya. Opened Nagoya sales office in Naka-ku, Nagoya.
5 Changed the company name to Micron Machinery Co., Ltd.
9 Relocated to Zao, Yamagata.
12 1979 Our new headquarters and main plant were completed.
9 1986 First exhibited at the International Manufacturing Technology Show, Chicago.
6 1988 MICRON-U.S.A., INC. was established in Michigan, U.S.A.
6 1990 Plant #1 was completed.
4 1998 Advanced Technology Center was completed.
3 2000 Developed the first Internal grinder MIG-101.
12 ISO 9001 Quality Systems certified and registered.
3 2001 Micron-U.S.A., Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Micron Machinery Co., Ltd.
10 2004 Micron-U.S.A., Inc. moved into its new headquarters.
6 2005 Company stock listed on the JASDAQ Securities Exchange.
9 First exhibited at the EMO-Hannover.
12 2006 Chubu Satellite was completed in Nagakute, Aichi.
9 2007 A new assembly plant (South Plant), specializing in small sized machines was completed.
4 2010 Company stock listed on the Osaka Securities Exchange JASDAQ market.
3 2011 Micron Machinery (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established in Bangkok, Thailand.
1 2013 Micron Technical Service was established in Head Office as subsidiary.
7 Company stock listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange JASDAQ market by integration of the Osaka Securities Exchange and the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
8 Research & Development Center was completed in Kaminoyama, Yamagata.
3 2016 Miharashi Factory was completed in Kaminoyama, Yamagata.
2 2017 Registered as a medical device manufacturer (Yamagata Prefecture) 08.2019 Registered for EN ISO 13485:2016 audit, an international standard for medical device quality management systems
