Q. What is your delivery record?

A. We have delivered more than 7,500 machines to over 30 countries and regions. Our products have been used in a wide range of industries, including the automotive, bearing, home appliance, construction machinery, and tool industries. In recent years, many of our products have been adopted in the office automation and medical equipment industries.

 

Q. Do you offer contract processing?

A. We can meet small lot size, delivery date, and cost requirements using our full range of processing facilities that only a grinder manufacturer can provide. Please contact us for details.

 

Q. Can you perform test grinding (prototype machining)?

A. We have about 20 test machines, and we have an environment in which we can process your workpieces on the actual machines to confirm your requirements for accuracy, processing time, etc. The test grinding conducted here is not only to confirm that the workpiece can be ground, but also to establish new grinding technology and machining methods through trial and error. There are many innovative grinding technologies that have been created from these trials, and we believe that this is an important process that contributes greatly to improving our customers' productivity. Q. What is your overseas support system?

A. In addition to our head office in Japan, we have subsidiaries in the United States and Thailand. The Japan headquarters is in charge of East Asia (China, Taiwan, Korea, etc.), South Asia (India, etc.), and Europe. Our subsidiary in the U.S. provides prompt maintenance services in North, Central, and South America, and our subsidiary in Thailand serves as a service base in Southeast Asia. In recent years, remote service methods utilizing the Web have also been established, providing support that is not restricted by distance and time.

 

Q. What are your delivery times and costs?

A. Most of our products are customized according to customer needs. Also, the equipment configuration changes depending on the processing conditions. Therefore, individual quotations for delivery and costs are required, so please consult with our sales staff.
