This model is drastically downsized from an equivalent, with a footprint of only half the size of an equivalent conventional size machine. The liner motor driven orthogonally oriented slides are mounted at the same height for flexible interpolation.
This machine is designed specifically to support a wide variety of small part applications, with a very high degree of precision and reduced cycle times. We can provide workheads with high precision ball bearings, or hydrostatic bearings depending on the application and tolerance requirements.
